     Electric heating has the following advantages:

     

      1. High temperature can be obtained

     

      In industry, the temperature of about 1500 ℃ can only be obtained by heating the highest temperature with general fuel. However, if an arc or direct energization heating method is used, it can reach a high temperature of over 2000°C.

     

       2. Internal heating of the workpiece can be performed

     

      Because it can directly generate heat inside the heated object, high temperature and high efficiency can be obtained. In addition, because the temperature rises quickly, it is easy to achieve uniform heating or localized heating of the workpiece as required.

     

      3, easy to control the furnace atmosphere and vacuum heating

     

       It is easy to realize vacuum extraction, arbitrary selection of atmosphere components in the furnace, and high (gas) pressure heating.

     

      4, the temperature is easy to control

     

      This is mainly reflected in that a certain temperature distribution of heating can be maintained at will, and precise adjustment of temperature, automatic control and remote manipulation are also easy to achieve.
